This fall, the federal government made the terrible decision to delist wolves in Wyoming, stripping away their federal Endangered Species Act protection — and now wolves are being killed on sight throughout most of the state. Wyoming's goal is to eliminate all but 100 wolves! In Idaho and Montana, where state wolf management plans have been in effect for over a year, we have already seen the devastating consequences from the elimination of federal protection.Since delisting, more than 800 wolves have been killed in these two states, and more are at risk! Ultra-conservative Members of Congress continue to try and dismantle the Endangered Species Act — the cornerstone of so many critical conservation efforts!
